1. Customized Products Policy
All our products are made-to-order and personalized as per customer requirements. Due to the nature of customization:
Refunds or returns are not possible if the customer simply changes their mind or does not like the product design.
We request all clients to review their design, spelling, logos, and artwork carefully before confirming the order.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your customized gifts. However, if you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once verified, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.
3. Wrong Product Received
